OUR EXCURSIONS
Tasty of Cyprus

Discover the culture and people of Cyprus through traditional foods and wine. We begin our journey with the visit of traditional village Lefkara, best known for its handmade lace, silverware and architecture. Enjoy the panoramic views of the olive and citrus plantation through your way to the village, which is situated at the foot of the Troodos Mountains.
Wander the narrow, winding streets of Lefkara with its unique architecture and traditional product workshops. You will see local women of the village often sitting outside their picturesque homes, creating the world-renowned ‘Lefkaritika’ lace pieces that have been made in the village since Venetian times and are on the UNESCO Intangible World Heritage List. Enjoy the art of handmade silver pieces. You will then continue your way to the tiny village called Kato Drys. The charming element of the village is obvious from the very first moment you come across the little rocky streets which are full of coziness and vivid colors.
Along the way the atmosphere becomes even more scenic when you come by the uniquely painted walls of the old houses. The warm and welcoming attitude of the locals, leaves the best impression so you very soon feel like home. You will visit the local winery and enjoy a glass of Cypriot wine while admiring the mountains in the distance. At the traditional agro farm “St.George” you will have lunch of local cuisine and a warm welcome of Cypriot hospitality.
